How much does it cost?

Costs vary depending on the service required.  All costs will be discussed fully prior to the start of any work.  

As a general guide:

  • Fire risk assessments start at £175
  • Full STL license application package £300
  • STL license application checking service £75
  • Property QC inventory start at £120

Do we (owner) need to be there?

No - we are used to working with owners who live off the island and assuming we can get access to the property and any documentation all our services can be provided.

Do you provide services for mainland clients?

We can provide some of our services such as License applications and Fire Risk assessments.  Please get in touch to discuss fully.
