Quality Control 

Get the next season off to a good start with a Quality Control Check - These are best done out of season and can be as extensive and detailed as the owner requires. Breakages happen and things get misplaced so we would check there is sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses for the number of guests.  We would check the corkscrew, potato peeler and other kitchen essentials are present, that the tea towels are still in good condition.  We can highlight any obvious maintenance issues such as curtains or blinds not closing property, wallpaper peeling, lights not working. We can complete full inventories, or check property against a current inventory.  

Photography

We provide a variety of photographic services, from holiday property images, to damage for insurance claims, or records of valuables.

Quality Assurance

We can do a QA check following your deep spring clean and intermittently through the year if required to ensure the housekeeping maintains good standards.

Pricing Reviews

Are you pricing and advertising competitively - too high or too low?  We will compare your property with other similar properties in comparable places and advise low, medium and high season rates. 

Website and marketing reviews

Is your website and marketing attracting the right visitors?  Does it say what is needed? Is anything missing or need updating?  Do your links work?  We can take a look and make recommendations for improvement.
